Van Friend Policy

1. Eligibility

1.1. The referral program is open to all existing customers of Summit Vans, UK (“Referrer”).
1.2. The referred individual (“Referee”) must be a new customer who has not previously made a purchase or lease from Summit Vans.

2. Referral Reward

2.1. The Referrer will receive a reward of £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds) cash for each successful referral.
2.2. A successful referral is defined as a Referee completing the purchase or lease of a vehicle from Summit Vans.
2.3. The reward will be issued within 30 days after the Referee’s purchase or lease has been finalised and any applicable cooling-off periods have expired.

3. Referral Process

3.1. The Referrer must provide the Referee’s details to Summit Vans at the time of the referral.
3.2. The Referee must mention the Referrer’s name and contact details when initially contacting Summit Vans to ensure the referral is tracked.
3.3. Referrals will only be accepted if the Referee’s purchase or lease is made directly through Summit Vans. 

4. Limitations

4.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, but each Referee can only be referred once.
4.2. The referral reward cannot be exchanged for any other benefits, services, or products.
4.3. The referral program is not applicable to employees, agents, or affiliates of Summit Vans.

5. Tax Implications

5.1. Any tax liability arising from the receipt of the referral reward is the sole responsibility of the Referrer.

6. Program Changes

6.1. Summit Vans reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the Summit Vans website.

7. Fraud and Abuse

7.1. Summit Vans reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any referral reward in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these T&Cs.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1. By participating in the referral program, both the Referrer and Referee agree to these Terms & Conditions.
