Chris Walker, our Managing Director, embodies the true spirit of entrepreneurial success. With humble beginnings in the motor industry, Chris’ journey with Motorlease began in 1995, where he transformed his garage into the birthplace of our thriving business.

But if we take a step back to the 80’s, starting with forecourt tidying and vehicle logistics, Chris’ relentless drive propelled him forward. His audacious move to pitch Porsche with ‘911’ registration plates kick-started his sales career, landing him his first car sales role with the brand.

Today, Chris’ intuition and unwavering determination remain the bedrock of our company. A natural-born salesman, his charisma is matched only by his integrity and honesty, setting him apart from the stereotype. Chris isn’t just a leader; he’s the driving force behind our continued success.

A day in your life at Summit: Usually paying for numerous vans and pick ups to serve our ever-growing fleet for customers.

What’s your dream ride?: Porsche 992 GT3

When you’re not in the office, how do you like to spend your time?: Cutting grass (love a striped lawn), watching rugby (both union and league), skiing in winter, and biking and hiking in summer – Travelling.

Best thing about being part of the Summit team?: Building a new brand with a team who are so dedicated and focused – just love it!
